Cancellation by the Customer: If you decide to cancel your booking, the eligibility for a refund depends on the timing of the cancellation and the specific terms of your booking.
Cancellation by DishWithDiane LLC: If we need to cancel or modify your tour for any reason (e.g., due to unforeseen circumstances or insufficient participants), you may be eligible for a full refund or an alternative tour experience, as outlined below.
2. Customer Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your booking, the following refund schedule applies:
More than 30 days before the tour date: You are eligible for a full refund minus any non-refundable processing fees (if applicable).
15 to 30 days before the tour date: You are eligible for a 50% refund of the total cost of the tour.
Less than 15 days before the tour date: Unfortunately, cancellations made less than 15 days before the tour date are not eligible for a refund, except in exceptional circumstances, such as illness or emergencies (documentation may be required).

While we make every effort to ensure that your tour takes place as planned, in rare cases, we may need to cancel or modify a tour due to unforeseen circumstances, such as:
Insufficient participants to run the tour
Unforeseen weather conditions or natural disasters
Issues with travel arrangements or accommodations
If DishWithDiane LLC cancels or significantly modifies your tour, we will offer you the following options:
Full Refund: You are eligible for a full refund of the amount you paid.
Alternative Tour: We may offer you the opportunity to reschedule your tour or choose an alternative tour package. If the alternative tour is of lesser value, we will refund the difference. If the alternative tour is of greater value, you will be asked to pay the additional cost.
